Book Review: IT by Stephen King

I just read It by Stephen King last month. I feel like it's a pretty powerful book if I'm still thinking about it a month later. Amazon says, "Moving back and forth between 1958 and 1985, the story tells of seven children in a small Maine town who discover the source of a series of horrifying murders. Having conquered the evil force once, they are summoned together 27 years later when the cycle begins again." Each character gets about 100 pages of development which I really liked. It was also very scary. The movie is nothing compared to the book. If you thought the movie was scary, the book is better at delivering the scares. The movie is dated (as it came out in like 1990-1) and the book still holds up. It's over 1,000 pages long which could deter someone from reading it but trust me the 1,000 pages allow you to get really involved with the characters and the story. Sorry I'm not very good at writing reviews but I just wanted to recommend this book!

This year I started getting into Stephen King & I've read a few of them so far.
I recommend these ones:
Salem's Lot Vampires
Night Shift Short Stories
Skeleton Crew Short Stories
The Mist (Previously Published as a Novella in 'Skeleton Crew') Monster Bugs (it has a different end from the movie)
Cell: A Novel Zombies? Idk exactly what they are lol
Carrie Telekinesis girl.
From a Buick 8 This one I'm reading right now, it's about a haunted car or something, I'm not sure yet.

If you recommend any other King books let me know! I want to read The Stand next.
